multi-tenant occupancy and a single tenant, high security facility.
Founded by Kristine Archuletta, whose education is based within information technology, excelled within the commercial office industry for over 25 years. Her expertise led her to nominations into national task force projects for refinement and development of Emergency Response, Property Management, and Intranet Development.
During those years, Kristine further designed and user tested customized database systems to streamline property management’s most tedious and time consuming tasks. Systems like a Certificate of Insurance management database, Contact Management and Security Console produced efficient and effective results.
