Colorado Avenues, L.L.C. was formed in 2006 with extensive experience of commercial office asset management in
multi-tenant occupancy and a single tenant, high security facility.
Founded by Kristine Archuletta, whose education is based within information technology, excelled within the commercial
office industry for over 25 years. Her expertise led her to nominations into national task force projects for refinement and
development of Emergency Response, Property Management, and Intranet Development.
During those years, Kristine further designed and user tested customized database systems to streamline property
management’s most tedious and time consuming tasks. Systems like a Certificate of Insurance management database,
Contact Management and Security Console produced efficient and effective results.
Colorado Avenues is based on years of experience and technological integration within this industry. This enables us to
perform at a fast pace and provide the detailed information you need. We provide property management and consulting
services for both CBD and suburb commercial office properties in the Denver area. Our goal is to provide superior support to
